Stenbeck and Taylor, Inc. has worked cooperatively with land owner and major stakeholder Mr. Brian Curtis of Curtis Management and Town of Marshfield Selectmen, Town Administrator, Town Planner and Zoning Board of Appeals representatives to introduce this Conceptual Plan as part of our ongoing Rebuilding Marshfield Initiative.
